Delivering High-Quality, Seamless Patient Care

As part of the selection process, we look at a range of qualifications to ensure that we are selecting the best services for our patients and to have a service that adheres to the highest clinical quality standards. All our lab partners have UKAS and ISO 15189 accreditations so we can be assured of accurate results every time.

Across our network, our clinics offer various opening hours, from partners who can provide a modern and comfortable environment. All our carefully selected partners are CQC registered with qualified staff, offering private areas for the blood draw to take place. Most of which have additional services available to enable us to offer more than just phlebotomy in the future.

As part of our thorough onboarding and integration processes with our clinic partners and labs, we conduct patient-journey end to end testing that is initially data based and then with a selection of volunteers before we launch. This ensures that we consistently deliver the best service possible and account for any potential issues that could arise and stay ahead of them.

We are delighted to offer a kit free experience for our patients. This means that once the patient has booked their appointment they can just turn up and be guided through the experience and once the sample has been sent to the lab, they simply wait for the results to be delivered electronically.

Our work is not yet complete, we are continuing to work hard to further expand the network geographically to have a truly nationwide service.
