Introduction
Chronomics Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to take a robust approach to identifying and mitigating risks of modern slavery and are committed to acting with integrity and transparency.
This statement sets out the steps we have taken during the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our organisation and business
Chronomics Ltd provides end-to-end bio-infrastructure that enables personalised, diagnostics- driven health experiences for individuals and enterprise partners. Our services span sample collection, laboratory testing, logistics, and digital reporting, supported by scalable, API-driven technology.
We operate across the United Kingdom, EMEA, and North America and employ over 50 people globally. During the financial year ending 31 December 2025, our turnover met the threshold prescribed by the Secretary of State under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains support the delivery of diagnostics and digital health services and include accredited laboratories, manufacturers and suppliers of diagnostic kits and reagents, logistics and fulfilment partners, biobanks, and digital service providers.
We recognise that certain areas of our supply chain, particularly logistics and manufacturing, may present an increased risk of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Policies and governance
Chronomics Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
We review our policies regularly to ensure they remain effective, proportionate, and aligned with our business activities and legal obligations.
Due Diligence and Risk Management
We take a risk-based approach to due diligence across our supply chains. Our processes are designed to:
• identify and assess potential risk areas relating to modern slavery;
• engage with suppliers to understand their practices and controls;
• mitigate identified risks through proportionate actions; and
• protect whistleblowers and encourage the reporting of concerns.
We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold standards consistent with our values and to comply with applicable laws relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Training and awareness
We provide appropriate training to employees to raise awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking risks and to support the identification and escalation of potential concerns.
Effectiveness and continuous improvement
We are committed to continuous improvement in our approach to preventing modern slavery. We regularly review the effectiveness of our policies, supplier engagement, and internal controls and will continue to enhance our processes as our business grows.
