Why We Rebuilt Our Portal From Scratch

We didn’t just slap a new coat of paint on our old system. After countless conversations with healthcare executives and wellness leaders who were juggling multiple platforms and drowning in spreadsheets, we knew we needed something fundamentally different. So we went back to the drawing board and asked: “What would actually make running your testing program easier?”

No more hunting through endless lists trying to find that one customer’s test. Our redesigned Order Management system lets your team instantly locate tests (whether individual or bulk orders), check their status, and jump straight to results. We’ve stripped away the complexity so they can find what they need in seconds, not minutes.

The new Customers tab gives you a complete picture of each client’s testing journey. Instead of piecing together information from different sources, you’ll have a unified view of their entire testing history – perfect for executive reviews and business planning when you need comprehensive data at your fingertips.

  1. Shopping for Tests Made Simple

We’ve added a Create Order page that feels more like a well-organised shop than a clinical system. Browse through tests, see exactly what biomarkers each one covers, and understand what you’re ordering before you commit. It’s powered by our biomarker database, so your clinical teams will have detailed information when deciding which tests align with your company’s health initiatives.

  1. Admin That Doesn’t Make You Want to Pull Your Hair Out

Team management has been completely revamped, making it easier to onboard new staff or adjust access levels across your organisation. And we’ve finally brought Billing into the main interface, so your finance team can check account status or update payment details without having to dig through emails for that payment link.
